Looking to participate in a sport that requires skill, fitness, strategic thinking and the desire to play as part of a team? Whichever level you play at, basketball can enhance your life by improving fitness and coordination.
Whether you are looking to participate casually or competitively, you’ll find our organization to be a great place to learn new skills and meet new friends.
We offer four levels of training for any age and ability with a focus on eight skills:
Introductory Level
First time players, typically ages 3-9
Foundational Level
Players developing the fundamental skills, typically ages 8-13
Advanced Level
Players on travel, middle, or high school teams, typically ages 12-17
Performance Level
Players who compete compete at the highest levels, typically ages 15-18+
